We are searching for a Team Lead Fullstack to lead and grow a cross-functional backend and frontend team in a true player-coach role. You will set technical direction, drive architecture decisions, and uphold high quality and delivery standards while contributing daily in Python and TypeScript/React. Working closely with Product, UI/UX, and Project Management, you will take end-to-end ownership of building, shipping, and evolving customer-facing software.

Your Mission

  • Lead and grow a cross-functional full-stack team covering backend and frontend 

  • Set clear technical direction and drive architecture and technology decisions with the team 

  • Uphold a high-quality & delivery standard and grow your team members trough mentoring, coaching, planning, design and code reviews 

  • Contribute code daily in Python and Typescript/React yourself 

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, UI/UX, and Project Management on roadmap and execution 

  • Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners or contractors  

  • Take ownership for shipping, operating, and evolving customer-facing software 

Your Skillset

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience as individual contributor in modern web systems  
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development, including async patterns  
  • Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments 
  • Proven experience leading engineers and hiring talent 
  • Experience owning software across the full product lifecycle from ideation to customer delivery 
  • Experience coordinating or managing external contractors or vendors 
  • Independent leader with the ability to balance pragmatism and long-term thinking 
  • Strong collaboration & communication skills with product and UX teams

The following is a plus: 

  • Experience building software for hardware-centric or robotics products  
  • Experience with Azure 
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code
