We are looking for a skilled and driven Robot Operator to join our robotics team developing humanoid robots for industrial automation. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robots and the opportunity to play a critical part in applying robotic automation and embodied AI to a wide range of customer use cases.

 

Your Mission

  • Build and curate high-quality robot training datasets through hands-on teleoperation

  • Rigorously evaluate the performance of trained robotic skills across a wide variety of real-world operating conditions

  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to continuously improve the processes for training, evaluating, and deploying policies on our robots

  • Help establish best practices for robot operation, data collection, and policy evaluation

Your Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Practical experience operating robots; experience with ROS2 is highly preferred
  • Strong personal drive, reliability, and a demonstrated work ethic
  • Comfort working within a team on fast-moving projects
  • Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills
