As a Team Lead SDK & Data Integrations you lead the team that enables customers to integrate Hexagon Robotics humanoid robots into their enterprise data landscapes. Your team builds and owns the SDK that exposes robot capabilities in a safe, intuitive, and developer-friendly. You combine people leadership with hands-on technical ownership and stay close to customers, product, and engineering. 

Your Mission

  • Lead and develop a team of software engineers through line management, hiring, coaching, and performance development 

  • Own the SDK strategy and execution that allows customers to integrate humanoid robots into their environments 

  • Drive technical direction, architecture, and design decisions for SDKs, data models, and integration patterns 

  • Ensure high quality, stability, and long-term maintainability through reviews, standards, and engineering best practices 

  • Work closely with Product Management, Solution Architects, and customer-facing teams to align SDK capabilities with real integration needs 

  • Support customer integrations into enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, data lakes, and analytics platforms 

  • Stay hands-on in the codebase and contribute to critical components, tooling, and architectural foundations 

Your Skillset

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong exposure to SDKs, APIs, or platform products 
  • Very strong background in at least 2 of Python, C#/.NET, Java 
  • Proven experience leading engineers, including hiring and people development 
  • Strong hands-on background in designing developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or integration frameworks 
  • Experience integrating data-intensive applications with industrial standards and protocols (e.g., REST, gRPC, MQTT) and enterprise systems 
  • Experience supporting customers or partners in integrating complex software products 
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking 
  • Clear communicator who can align engineers, product, and external stakeholders
